Each capsule of Best Day Ever contains 100mg (0.10 grams) of dried mushroom fruiting bodies. This means that only actual mushrooms were harvested, dried, ground into a fine powder, and filled into capsules.
No mycelium, grain spawn, or soil substrate is ever utilized in the production of Best Day Ever capsules.
The mushrooms were all cultivated using strain specific liquid culture (spores), sterilized grain spawn (oats + millet), sterilized soil substrate blend, and sterilized distilled water. Nothing else. Only the things that these wonderful fungi need to thrive.
The capsules are 100% vegan, made only with vegetable cellulose.
